What's your cancellation policy?

We don't charge for cancellations. We simply ask for 24-hour notice out of courtesy to our stylists and other guests. Life happens—we get it. Just let us know if you need to reschedule, and we'll take care of you.

What happens if I don't show up for my appointment?

No charge for no-shows. That said, it's your responsibility to keep your appointment or let us know if plans change. If we see a pattern of no-shows, we may restrict your ability to book future appointments or ask you to provide a credit card to hold your time.

What if I'm running late?

Call us right away if you're going to be late. We'll let you know if we can still fit you in and what to expect. Like a tee time, your appointment slot is reserved, so we ask that you arrive early. We'll do our best to accommodate late arrivals based on availability.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Absolutely. Walk-ins are always welcome and will be served subject to availability. Come in, relax with a complimentary beverage, and we'll give you an estimated wait time. That said, we highly recommend booking ahead—appointments give you priority and let us manage the schedule better.

Can I combine promotions or discounts?

No, our specials and promotions stand independently. Each offer is unique and cannot be used at the same time as another promotion. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you at your best price.

How do I book a group appointment?

Groups of 6 or more require advance planning. We ask for 2 weeks' notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve group services. Shop rental may be available for private parties. Once the deposit is paid, no appointment changes can be made. Contact us to book your group.

What's your return policy for products?

We're committed to your satisfaction. If you're unhappy with a grooming product you purchased, bring it back to the location where you bought it within 30 days and we'll review your options. After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted due to factors outside our control once products leave our shop.

Are children welcome at Hair Saloon?

Yes, children of all ages are welcome. A parent may need to sit in the chair with younger children to help them feel comfortable. Since our stylists and PHD barbers perform straight razor work on other clients, we ask that children be able to sit still for several minutes and not attempt to get out of the chair. We provide the same quality service to our "little guys" as we do our "big guys"—no straight razor work on anyone under 18 without explicit parental permission.

Why do you ask for my phone number and email?

Phone Number: Phone numbers are more unique than names, so we use them to create or find your client file in our appointment software. This keeps your information organized and allows us to send appointment reminders via text if you prefer.

Email Address: We use email to send appointment reminders and occasionally share special offers and opportunities to review our stylists. You can unsubscribe from these emails anytime.

Tell me about gift cards.

Hair Saloon gift cards never expire and can be purchased in any dollar amount you choose. You can buy a card at one location and redeem it at any other Hair Saloon. Lost or stolen? No problem—we keep your information and card value on file. Just notify the location you plan to visit beforehand to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Can I opt out of part of a service for a lower price?

Services are charged as a complete package and include all components—beverage, shampoo, massage, hot towel and mint, shoeshine, and more. We don't offer a discounted price if you choose to skip a portion of your service. We design each package to give you the full Hair Saloon experience.

What if my stylist is running behind schedule?

Your time is valuable, and so is ours. We make every effort to stay on schedule, but sometimes a client needs a little extra attention. If your stylist is finishing with someone else when your appointment starts, our team will let you know exactly how much time to expect. We'll do our best not to let that delay affect your service quality or end time.
